This is a security deposit, which is the refundable amount upon service cancellation and returning the hardware. There is no monthly rental fee.

No, the security deposit must be paid upfront while placing an order online using a credit/debit card or with a sales agent while placing an order over the phone. You can also send via e-transfer to etransfer@coextro.com and make sure to enter your reference number or name.

Our technician will bring the router on the day of installation, set it up, and test it to ensure everything is working before leaving.

Yes, just send us your most recent invoice from your current home phone provider and do not cancel your home phone until the port is completed.
