What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:

When and how will I receive my invoice?
A few days after your service has been activated, you will receive your invoice in your email. All subsequent invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month.
You will be able to view and pay your invoice by clicking on the link in the email that you receive.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when the invoice is sent to you. A $10 late charge is added 20 days after you receive the invoice so pay it by then to avoid late payment charges.
What if I don’t pay my invoice?
Accounts will be suspended for delinquent invoices and subject to a $50 suspension fee.
How can I pay by Interac e-transfer?
Send your e-transfer to email@example.com . Make sure to enter your account number or invoice number in the notes field and if required, use “Coextro” as the security answer.
How can I pay by pre-authorized chequing?

Can I pay by pre-authorized credit card?
Yes, when you receive your second invoice, select the check box “Save credit card for future payment” option in the invoice.
How can I pay by Interac online?
