Standard technical support includes support for all services and issues including service impairment, new device or service setup and activation, complete service outages etc…
Emergency technical support includes support for existing internet and phone services, using devices that have worked previously and are no longer working. Examples may include all of your services are completely offline, such as your internet is not working at all, or you cannot make or receive any phone calls. It does not include support for new service or device setup, or service impairment, such as slower then usual internet, or some features not working on the phone. It also does not include support for tv service.
