Is it possible to have my current mobile number transferred to your service?
Yes, it is possible as long as your mobile number is still active. On the order form, select that option and indicate your existing provider and account number and we will take care of the rest.
How will I know my phone number?
On the activation date, Coextro will send the phone number to the email you registered during the online order. If you would like to have your phone number earlier, you will have to request for changes to your service starting date for your phone number to be issued earlier.
Can I change my service activation date?
Since you are not starting to use any service, you can just contact Coextro Customer Support team to submit a new service starting date.
What is the data overage fee and how does it work?
Data overage fee is the fee you have to pay when you spend more data than is available in your plan during the current billing cycle.
For example, you sign up for a plan which is $35/Month 7GB, with a data overage fee of $15/GB. You ended up spending 9GB in the current billing cycle, which means you have to pay 2GB extra, which will be $30 + taxes. Your 7GB data plan will be restarting in your new term.
You are responsible for monitoring your data usage. Any overages incurred will be charged to your account. Your data will automatically stop if you hit your limit. You will then receive a text message asking you if want to add another 1 GB of data. If you choose YES, then you will be charged the $15 on your next invoice.

Can I get a phone from you?
No, we do not sell phones at this time. All of our plans are "Bring Your Own Device".
Is it possible to make changes to my plan?
Yes, you can make changes to your plan at no charge by calling into our Call Centre at 1-888-552-9516.
All changes will take in effect on your new billing cycle which will start on the 2nd of the following month.
How good is the network coverage in Canada?
Our wireless network provider covers 97% of Canadians and extended coverage gives you the confidence to stay connected in even more places across Canada.
Does your system support Wi-Fi calling?
Yes, Wi-Fi calling can be enabled upon request. Please contact us and we will enable this for you.
Can I make calls to places outside of Canada?
Yes, you can make calls to international locations by purchasing one of our Pre-Paid Long Distance Plans. Call us at 1-888-552-9516 for more information.
